I had the pleasure of being involved in a fireside chat with Nate Ethan Watson as part of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Crystal Lecture Series.
From his own journey through identity, visibility and finding the courage to use his voice, to the creation of TNB connect, a community organisation focused on supporting and connecting trans and non-binary people through advocacy, wellbeing and community the conversation flowed easily.
